Hanging German Chamomile

German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is a soft, feathery herb that produces masses of small, daisy-like white flowers with yellow centres. The flowers are commonly harvested and dried for soothing herbal teas and infusions, and the plant brings a gentle cottage garden feel to herb beds and borders.

Plant in a sunny position with well-drained soil and water regularly while the plant is establishing. Regular picking of flowers encourages more blooms, and a light trim can help keep plants neat and productive through the season.

A lovely, traditional herb for tea lovers and cottage-style gardens.
