Description
Lychee ‘Bengal’ – Advanced is a grafted lychee tree selected for reliable cropping and excellent eating quality. This variety produces medium to large, bright red fruit with sweet, aromatic flesh, perfect for fresh eating and desserts.
Supplied in a 15 litre pot, this lychee is ideal for planting in a warm position with full sun and well-drained soil. Protect trees from strong winds and water regularly while they are establishing. Mulching around the base helps keep the roots cool and moist, while seasonal feeding with a suitable fruit tree fertiliser will support healthy growth and good crops.
With time and care, your lychee tree can develop into an attractive evergreen feature that provides shade, tropical character, and generous harvests of sweet, home-grown lychees. These Lychee trees are presently fruiting seasonally.
