Kiwi Fruit Female Vine

This female Kiwi Fruit vine (Actinidia deliciosa) produces the well-known fuzzy brown fruit with tangy-sweet green flesh when pollinated by a compatible male vine. The fruit is excellent for fresh eating, fruit salads, desserts, and juicing.

Supplied in a 6L bag, this female kiwi vine is ready to plant along a strong support such as a pergola, trellis, or wire framework. Choose a sunny to partly shaded position with well-drained soil and plant it within pollinating distance of a male kiwi vine. Regular watering, mulching, and seasonal feeding with a suitable fertiliser will help the vine establish, grow strongly, and set good crops once mature.

A great addition to productive gardens where you can provide both the support structure and a male vine for pollination.
