Description

Myoporum parvifolium is a fast-growing groundcover that forms a dense mat of green foliage. This coarse-leaf pink variety produces small, star-shaped flowers and is excellent for erosion control or as a lawn substitute in low-traffic areas.

This coarse leaf form of Myoporum parvifolium makes a dense, low mat of succulent-like leaves. It usually stays only a few centimetres high and spreads quickly, and small white flowers with pink markings appear in the warmer months.

Plant it in sun in free draining soil. Water new plants until they have rooted in, after which they cope with dry weather and salty winds. Trim the edges if it spreads further than you want.
