Westringia zena

Westringia “Zena” is a dwarf form of coastal rosemary that naturally grows into a neat, rounded shape. It is perfect for low borders, pots, or as a low-maintenance filler in exposed or coastal positions.

Westringia Zena is a dwarf coastal rosemary that forms a neat, rounded mound, usually well under a metre high. The dense grey-green foliage is topped with pale mauve flowers for much of the year.

It grows in full sun in soil that drains freely, and it tolerates wind, salt spray and dry weather. Water young plants regularly. A light trim now and then keeps the mound tight, and the plant does well in a pot as well as in the ground.
